Welcome to the public consultation portal for Barratt David Wilson Homes’ emerging reserved matters proposal for the future of the Land North of London Road, Kelvedon.

In 2023, outline planning permission was granted for up to 300 homes and a care home as well as new community infrastructure including a medical centre and nursery.

The outline permission established the principle of development here and now Barratt David Wilson are in the process of preparing the detailed design for how the new homes will look. This is called the reserved matters process.
